Licensed and experienced technicians available 24/7. Our staff includes a licensed HVA contractor, master plumber and electrician to troubleshoot any problem. Our planner/scheduler and technicians report directly to Tom Frank (CFM, CEM, CSDP), who has led the facility maintenance team since 2006. We track all work orders by asset using Maximo.
