Our Leaders
W. P. Engineering Consultants has assembled a roster of industry leaders that has successfully delivered major infrastructure projects throughout the Houston area totaling more than $3 billion. Most notably, this roster includes the former Chief Engineer for the City of Houston Street and Bridge Department and the former Executive Director of the Harris County Toll Road Authority, who during his tenure, delivered 85 miles of freeway from conception to completion ahead of schedule and under budget.
Our Experience
We have been involved in project development and engineering on every toll road in Harris and the surrounding counties, from the award-winning Westpark Tollway to Fort Bend County’s first toll road to the innovative Katy Tollway managed lanes. Additionally, our experience includes engineering for city streets and rural roads, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection and treatment facilities, storm water collection systems, and pumping stations.
